At 23:30 Central Standard Time, on June 19th 1997,

Andrew David Bratland entered our lives with cries of joy and pain.

Andrew was born just before midnight,
we ( I mean Kim ) worked really hard to get the little guy out. He wasn't really a little guy or you would think. He had a nice cone head complete with ring. There was just no way he was coming out into this world that way...... So we had to have help getting him out. And all this was after Kim worked so hard to get him out!

Just a little update about Andrew, he loves snow
which we have a lot of right now. He has a snow cave/fort in the front lawn. He had a little help from his father in building the cave. He was having more fun pushing his new shovel in the snow, then digging in the cave. The cave is big enough for both Sadie and Andrew. I can fit in the snow cave with one of the kids, but not with both of them. With all the new snow, we might have more than enough to build a larger cave. It would be nice to have a cave large enough for all of us KIDS.

The biggest thing that Andrew has now is two little dwarf Russian Hamsters, he feeds them each day.
He has a fit if he can't get them out from under the table, he tries so hard to help them eat and go around the inside of their cage. He just doesn't understand why Kohl (Kim's cat) likes to watch the hamsters! We keep the lid on the cage at all times unless Andrew is feeding them.
